He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Johnson and Maxine Johnson (Betts); and his wife Dianna S. King. He is survived by: his children, Greg Johnson (Mindy) and Tricia White; his siblings, James Johnson (Vivienne) and Carol Klaus (late Jon) of Old Zionsville, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Ron King (Carol) of Atlanta, GA and Elaine Nichols (Terry) of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
