She is survived by: her parents, Charles Henry Ellison and Nancy Lynn Breitigan Park; her children, Infinity Ree Maddox Smith (Tyler) of Cridersville, Ashton Edward Miller of Lima and Aidan Joseph Ellison of Cridersville; her grandsons, Tyler 'Josephi' and Samuel 'Henry'; her siblings, Charles D. 'Chad' Ellison (Melissa) of Lafayette, Evelynn Ellison of Huron, SD and Denise Schoolcraft (Ron Springer) of Cridersville; her close friend Brian Neely; and her pets, King, Snickers, Kitty, Binx and Salem. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County.
