He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gephart and Juanita Gephart (Sampson); and his wife Judy Ann Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Kennedy (Ed) of Columbus, Jeri Downard (Dan) of Lima and Richard Gephart; and his brother Bill Gephart (Linda) of Lima. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; his nine great-grandchildren.
