It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey T. Smith of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Smith (Huffer); his grandson Bentley Smith; and his sister Twyla Smith. He is survived by: his children, Corie Lange (Ben) of Cridersville, Erik Keith Green of Wapakoneta, Beth Green of Lima and Miriam Smith of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Sophia and Axis; and his siblings, Joann Hamel (Jerry), Jim Smith (Barb) and Janet Schuler (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
