She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo H. Mougey and Helen Mougey (Bechdolt); her husband Richard Dean "Babe" Hormann; her daughter Carrie Paul; and her siblings, Jim L. Mougey and May Lou Riesen.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Jameson (Steven) of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 4 nephews, 2 nieces.
