She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lacy and Dorothy Duffman (Don). She is survived by: her daughters, Shelby Mackenbach and Alina Mackenbach; and her stepsiblings, Twila Mills of Lima, OH, Ashley Hodler (Matt) of Lima, OH and Don Duffman, Jr. (Missy) of Lima, OH. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
