We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 81, Howard H. Kelley of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Kenton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Kelley and Enola Kelley (Bunn); his wife Diane Kiefer; his children, Robyn Sprague (Steve) of Wapakoneta, Cheryl Fisher (Michael) of Elida and Howard A. Kelley of Wapakoneta; and his siblings, James Kelley, Maralyn Bobenmoyer, Joan Mertz, Karen Munch and Joyce Davis. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Attendees are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.
