She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wilson and Rinda Wilson (Hoskins); her husband Robert G. "Bob" Wagner; and her siblings, Opal Lee Earls, Grant Wilson, Leo Wilson, Mary Sparks and Don Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Rinda Beach (Wayne), Roger Wagner (Christine) and Renee Roth (Jason) of Powell, OH; her grandchildren, Alex Beach (Jaclyn), Andy Beach, Ashley Bryant (Jesse), Jessica Root (Jeff) and Derek Roth; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Leeland, Nathan, Cooper and Sutton; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Wilson and Frances Wilson.
