He is survived by: his children, Donny (Alicia Purdy), Janice (John Goodrich) and Sue Purdy (Cris Schweitzer); his grandchildren, Johnathon (Alexis Mills), Dominic Purdy, Cody Purdy, Danielle Purdy (Liz Christman), TJ (Alicia Sprague), Adrienne (Billy Jurosic), Samantha Schweitzer (Wyatt Morris), Chloe Schweitzer, Johnny Goodrich and Jalen (Brittni Goodrich); his great grandchildren, Isla, Avery, Aiden, Brylynn, Caydence, Camdyn, Calleigh, Elijuh, Rhett, Declan, Ryder, Layla, Landen, Braxten and Harrison; and his siblings, Bob (Carol Purdy), Chuck (Brenda Purdy), Norma Jean Ladd and Jeanette Burnett.
