She was predeceased by: her parents, William Egbert and Ruth Egbert; her husband Kenneth Kohler; and her siblings, Kathleen Freeman and Howard Shelton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kenda Kohler and Jona Limbert (Jim) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Travis Limbert (Christie) of Columbus and Kayla Lim (Paul) of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Jay, Lexi and Sam; her brother Tom Egbert (Kay) of Circleville; and her brother-in-law Charles Freeman of Cridersville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to St. Paul U.C.C. Scholarship or to Bridge Hospice.
