He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Ernest and Manetta Jane Kuba (Giberson); his son David Kuba; and his siblings, Ida Irene 'Susie Ledley, Ethel Taylor, Ernie Kuba, Sarah Crockett and Lawrence Kuba.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann McCormick; his children, Vicky, Bob Kuba (Kathy) of Point, Rick Kuba (Jan) of Waynesfield and Jim Kuba (Sharon) of Wapakoneta; and his sister Martha McCafferty (Ron) of Lakeview. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
