He is survived by: his parents, Richard Fisher and Susan Fisher (Brockert); his wife Barbara Hines; his children, Natasha Moon of Rockford, OH, Ericka Fisher, Jamie Leugers (Adam) and Adam Fisher; his grandchildren, Brayden Leugers, Carolyn Perez Rentz, Tia Lee McCoy, Aiden Leugers, Trevor Houser, Adam Leugers, Jr., Tyler Fisher and Brielle Leugers; his brothers, Richard Fisher, Jerry Fisher (Shannon) and Tony Fisher (Kim); and his pet Louie.
The family will receive family and friends 2-8 p. m., Sun. at the funeral home, where an Eagles memorial service will be 7:30 p. m. Masks and social distancing are required.
