He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin E. Sr. Koch and Dorothy M. Koch (Smith); his wife Hilda B. Hollenbacher; and his sister Bertha Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Darrell W. Koch (Susan) of Blanchester, OH and Brent A. Koch (Penney) of West Alexander, OH; his grandchildren, Misty Earles (Brandt), Keith Koch, Alicia Koch and Adam Koch (Miriah); his great grandchildren, Lucille, Nicole, Keith Jr., Madisyn, Wyatt, Owen and Everett; and his siblings, Myron and Marilyn (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Logan County Vets to D.C. or Hospice of Dayton.
