He was predeceased by: his son Michael S. Crawford; and his brother Stephen D. Crawford. He is survived by: his parents, William H. and Dorothy M. Crawford (Goetz); his spouse Patricia E. Puetz; his sons, John Crawford (Lori), Shawn Crawford (Carla), Shawnee Twp, William Crawford and Christopher Crawford; his grandchildren, Johnny, Corey, Kayla, Stephanie, Drake, Emma, Shaunna and Marcus; his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Lilly; his sister Rebecca Graves of Hicksville, OH; and also Thomas Graves of Hicksville, OH. He is also survived by 2 nieces & 8 nephews.
