She is survived by: her spouse Jack Phinton Moots; and her children, Mike Moots (Janet) of Powder Springs, GA, Patty Salmons (Mike Lotz) of Wapak, Jackie Axe (Dwayne) of St. Mary, Kevin Moots (Mary) of Lima and Shellie Schnarre of Wapak. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
