She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Zwiebel and Stella Zwiebel (Kohler); and her brothers, Randolph Zwiebel (Milda), Eugene Zwiebel (Elgena) and Roland "Toots" Zwiebel (Rosemary).

She is survived by: her husband Bernard "Roy" Azbell; her children, Kirk Azbell (Gayle) of Wapakoneta, Mark Azbell (Kim) of St. Marys and Jeana Azbell of Sidney; her grandchildren, Rex Azbell (Makenzie), Ryan Azbell (Roberta), Kendra Azbell and Jacob Azbell; her great grandchildren, Harper, Rowen and Rafael Azbell; and her sister-in-law Cleora Berger (Jim) of St. Marys. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
