He was predeceased by: his mother Maxi Sparks (George); and his sister Linda Smith. He is survived by: his father Eugene Sparks; his wife Debra A. Treon; his children, Tim Sparks (Kelly) of Wapakoneta, Tina Green (Steve) of Wapakoneta and Mike Sparks of Wapakoneta; and his grandchildren, Travis Green (Morgan), Logan Sparks (Morgan), Morgan Sparks, Megan Hadding (Travis), Sara Green, Hanna Sparks and Audrey Sparks. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
