He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" and Stella Krites (Helmlinger); his grandchildren, Jacob L. Freisthler and SkyAnn Derringer; his great grandchild Brooklynn Brown; his siblings, Herman Krites, Frederick "Fritz" Krites, Franklin Krites (Dorothy) and Irene Brannan (Jack); and his brother-in-law Roland J. Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline A. Koch; his children, Kevin Krites (Cheryl) of Leavenworth, KS, Kendall Krites (Sue), Keith Krites (Darla), Richard Krites (Barb), Rhonda Freisthler (Don) of Botkins, OH and Randy Krites (Amy) of Anna, OH; his sister Martha Brentlinger (Charles); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Krites, Mary Lou Krites, Susan Krites and Nancy Koch Tester. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren.
In keeping with state health guidelines, masking and social distancing are required.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Mark Lutheran Church, Clay Twp., the Activity Fund at Otterbein-Cridersville, or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
