He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Huelskamp and Rosella Huelskamp (Vehorn); his grandson Jaxson Huelskamp; and his siblings, Margie Keifer (Gerald) and Kenny Huelskamp.
He is survived by: his wife Edie (Hemmert); his children, Tracy Henschen (Jay), Shelly Fisher, Lisa Pitts (Dean), Chad Huelskamp (Tonya), Joe Huelskamp (Nicole) and Matt Huelskamp (Carrie); his grandchildren, Carter Huelskamp (Caileigh), Macey Seger (Darrin), Riley Huelskamp (Olivia), Hayden, Madison, Morgan, Ross, Logan Henschen, Claire, Julia Fisher, Taylor, Tucker Huelskamp, Delana, Eli, Audrey Pitts, Jayden, Madelynn Hefner, Harper, Maddox and Dawson Huelskamp; his great grandchild Linley Huelskamp; and his siblings, Jim Huelskamp (Rhonda), Betty Huelskamp, Dennis Huelskamp (Ann), Kathy Sextro (Fred), Lois Howell (Norm) and Jane Uppenkamp (Jon).
In lieu of flowers and in remembrance of David, the family is requesting contributions for the establishment of the Botkins Education Foundation supporting agriculture education.
