He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda S. Blackburn of Hilliard, OH, Andrea D. Graves (Adam) and Alyssa M. Dolan (Ryan) of Perrysburg, OH; his grandchildren, Lucas Graves, Tyler Graves and Caden Dolan; his sisters, Debra Sommerville (Jerry) and Beth Duval (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, William "Bill" Miller, Patricia Carmean and Debra Carmean.
