Smith (Wapakoneta, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Gilbert Smith; his children, Jacob Smith (Rachel Applemen) of Bainbridge, OH, Danee' Smith (Jason Dailey) of Chillicothe, OH, Angel Harkless (Cody) of Circleville, OH and Emily Hudnal; his siblings, Larry G. Smith, David L. Smith and Susan G. Carpenter; his stepmother Muriel McClurg Smith of Circleville, OH; and his stepsisters, Denise McClurg of Chillicothe, OH and Pam Flater of Bainbridge, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
