She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Stegeman and Wanda Stegeman (Lotridge); her spouse Venard J. Fisher; her sister Pam Fyke (Charles); and her brothers-in-law, Tom Carr and Leo Fisher.
She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Kohler (Ray), Amy Skinner (David) of Botkins, OH and William Stegeman of Pemberton, OH; and her brother-in-law Kenneth (Patty). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (103 E Walnut St, Botkins, OH 45306).
