She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Shoffner and Juanita Shoffner (Wells); her son Eugene Shoffner; and her siblings, Ginger Newland, Denny Wells and Ricky Shoffner.
She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Shoffner (Joe Miller) of Lima; and her siblings, Bobby Shoffner (Laura) of Springfield and Vickie Allen (Sam) of Wapakoneta. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
