With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl D. Maddy of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Coffman and Darlene Coffman (Bok); and her husband Robert M. "Bob" Maddy. She is survived by: her children, Aaron Stephens (Kathi) of Harrod, OH, Brad Stephens (Derek Ruen) and Carrie Swob (Mark) of New Bremen, OH; her grandchildren, Hayley, David, Jacob, Summer, Justin, Dalton, Siera, Trent, Sam and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Adrian, Jaxx, Emmalyn, Camdyn, Nora, Barrett, Avalynn and Elliott; her sister Deb Corbett (Glenn) of Pensacola, FL; and her former husband Gary L. Stephens of Delphos, OH..
