With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Ann Fisher of Wapakoneta, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight T. Copeland and Martha Copeland (Clem); her husband Paul E. "Bud" Fisher, Jr.; her son James E. Fisher; and her siblings, Merlin "Mert" Copeland, Lyle Copeland and Jackie Ostrom.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly A. Frazier (Jeffrey) of Lebanon, NJ, Tina M. Koenig (Jeff) of Mechanicsburg, PA and John P. Fisher (Jodi) of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Kathryn E. Campbell (Briggs), Lucas V. Koenig (Nicole Kules), Sarah M. Koenig, Matt P. Fisher, Michael J. Fisher, Danielle N. Dearduff (Kyle) and Miranda L. Allen; her great grandchildren, Christopher Campbell, Mia Fisher, Kylee Dearduff, Everlee Dearduff and Julian Dearduff; and her sister Karen Copeland.
