He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brentlinger and Mary Brentlinger (Zimmerman); and his siblings, Phillip Brentlinger, Bernice Stober, William Miller, Earl Miller, Raymond Miller and Robert Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Martha L. Krites; his daughter Karen Sheek; his grandchildren, Cassandra Sheek and Courtney Sheek; his great grandchildren, Charles M. Brentlinger, III, Chandler Brentlinger and Chase Brentlinger; and his sister Betty Schmerge (Gene). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
