She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Axe (Rick) of Wapakoneta, Kristina Martin (Damon) of Marysville, Ohio and Joshua Tester (Jennifer) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Dillon Axe, Olivia Tester and Camden Tester; her sisters, Susan Phillips (Terry) of New Carlisle, Ohio, Karen Slattery (Ken) of Beavercreek, Ohio and Denise Maidon (Ron) of Byrdstown; her mother-in-law Wilma Tester; and her sister-in-law Annabelle Zwiebel.
