We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2019, at the age of 72, Carol S. Williams (Wapakoneta, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Harold Stoddard; her husband Walter Williams; her mother Alice Zimmerman (Hammond); her daughter Kimberly Elsea (Mark Wayman) of Bluffton, IN; her sister Judith "Judy" Jarrell of Lima, OH; her granddaughter Abagail Elsea of Wapakoneta, OH; her great grandchildren, Graelyn Elsea of Wapakoneta, OH and Paisley Elsea; and her siblings, Harold "Geno" Stoddard and Rose Sipes. She was also cherished by her granddaughter and great- grandchildren.
