He is survived by: his parents, Tommy L. Winegardner and Bonnie J. Winegardner (Bradley) of Wapakoneta, Ohio.; his sisters, Tamala Winegardner (Carter Prine) of Wapakoneta and Debra Turner (Kalin) of Wapakoneta; his niece Tanya Faraglia (Daniel); his nephews, Tyler Turner (Shauna) and Cole Turner; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tatelyn Faraglia, Trenton Faraglia, Elliett Turner, Nola Jean Turner and Brad.
Due to the COVID 19 crisis a private family service will be held at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery near Uniopolis.
