Billie Lou Keiber Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Lou Keiber of Wapakoneta, Ohio, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Wolfe and LaDonna Wolfe (Shepherd); her stepmother Mary Hull Wolfe; her former husband Robert E. Keiber; and her spouses, Jack Wolfe, Patsy Foster (Addison) and Margaret "Peg" Walti (Robert).
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Ann Hinkle (Don); her grandchildren, Jennifer Wapplehorst (Bill), Dustin Hinkle (Avary) of Muncie, IN and Darren Hinkle; and her great grandchildren, Dallan Hinkle, Benjamin Wapplehorst and Asher Hinkle.
