She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Hixenbaugh and Helen Hixenbaugh (Moorman); her husband Herbert Wayne Brookhart; and her siblings, Clem Hixenbaugh, Bessie Prowant and Agnes Wolff.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Brookhart (late Cheryl) of Arlington, TX, Roger Brookhart of Concord, NC and Gordon Brookhart (Tammy) of Westerville, OH; and her sister Jean Ellen Shaw of Phoenix, AR. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren.
