She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sheppard and May Sheppard; her former husband Louis Bitler; her husband Neil Rader; her sons, Marvin Bitler and Craig Bitler; and her sisters, Vera Ketzel, Hazel Frysinger and Margaretta Eibling.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather Gray (Matt) of Forest, Cathy Eitel of Ada, Junior Conley (Ti) of Lima and David Bitler (Tracy) of Harrod. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
