Palmer; her children, Dawn Johns (Greg) of Wapakoneta, Steve Hayes of Lakeview, Brenda Hughes (Rob) of New Knoxville, Amanda Chiles (Jennifer) of Vandalia, Greg Palmer of Lima, Kenny Palmer (Crystal) of Prudenville, MI and Mike Palmer (Patti) of Miamisburg; her siblings, Esther Shipp of Mary Mertz, Bill Myers and Tom Myers; her grandchildren, Jessica Palmer and Eric Hayes; and her brothers, Junior Myers and Dean Myers. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
