He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his children, Richard, Michael, Timothy, Christine, Terrence (Donna) and Mary; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Jacqueline, Patrick, Andrew and Phillip; his parents, Matthew Zakrajsek and Antonia Zakrajsek; and his siblings, Lawrence (Joyce), Richard (Mary Ann), Matthew, Joseph, John, Josephine, Harold, Anthony, Sr., Mary Ann O. P. and Florence.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Food Pantry at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church 400 Warrensville Center Rd. Bedford, Ohio 44146.
