He is survived by: his wife Janice A Lewis; his children, Tracy Kegley (David), Michele Wolfe (Keith), Timothy Lewis Jr., Michael Lewis (Janel), Marilyn Dailey (Jonathan) and Teri Schwartz (Samuel); his stepdaughter Tonya Yates (Luther); and his siblings, Barry Lewis (Wendy), Steven Lewis and Lori Ridenbaugh (Blane). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
