He is survived by: his parents, Terry Jr. Smith and Jennifer Smith (Ducket); his brothers, Noah and Ben; his grandparents, Keith, Debbie Ducket, Terry Sr and Mona Smith; his great-grandparents, Thomas and Barbara Caldwell; his aunts and uncles, Tammy, Jason Wood and Lindsey; and his cousins, Emma, Tyler, Levi, Riley, Jacob, Kennedy and Isabella. He is also survived by many other great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
