She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Allen and Hazel Davenport (Dwight); her husbands, Earl Burnette, Harry Taylor and Mack Macintosh; and her daughter Debbie Zajac.

She is survived by: her daughter Shelly Cousino (Harry Thompson); her grandsons, Bryan Corbin (Chelsea), Derrick Lee and Douglas Lee (Maddie); her great grandchildren, Chloe, Colt and Rosalyn; her granddaughter Destiny; and her siblings, Shanna Kelley (Leroy), Nancy Santini (Tom) and Ron Davenport (Penni).

Memorial contributions are appreciated to the family.
