She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Watkins and Cassie Cole; her husband Fred Sparks Jr.; her daughters, Peggy Cecil (Damon), Brenda Cline (Keith Randy), Connie Goodlet (William) and Loretta Lisk; and her siblings, Donna Helton, Debbie Prater, Ronald Watkins and Edmund Watkins (Drorinda). She was also cherished by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
