She is survived by: her children, Teresa Whittaker (Ted, Sr.), Pamela Kunz (Dan), Michael Zapadka (Jennifer), Steven Zapadka and Timothy Zapadka (Sheri); her granddaughter Jessica Kite (Steven); her children, Ted Jr., Taylor, Tara Whittaker, Danielle Kelsch (Andy), Joshua, Ashlee, Michelle, Jamie Kunz, Alex, Sam, Thomas and Bryan Zapadka; her great grandchildren, Justice, Jackson, Phoenix, Karter, Konner, Karson, Meadow, Francesca, Layla and Luna Rae; and her siblings, John Fackelman (Rebecca), Barbara Banaszak (Dave) and Geraldine Medary (Richard).
