She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Scott and Norma Scott; her siblings, Donna Cundick and Gilbert Scott; and her nephew Gary Scott Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Jon Dale and Leahann Dale; her grandchildren, Trent and Maddyx Dale; her great grandchild Amelia Dale; and her brother Gary Scott (Cheri).

Memorial contributions can be made to the Toledo Humane Society.
