He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hornyak and Helen Hornyak; his sister Kathleen Dupuis; and his granddaughter Jessica Smale. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hornyak (Olsen); his daughters, Wendy Lewis (Ken) and Misty Daeke (Greg); the mother of his children Daisy Hornyak; his stepdaughter Tonya Glonek (Brian); his grandchildren, Taylor Smale (Caitlin), Casey Orr, Cody Orr, Kayden Lewis, Kyra Lewis, Trevor Collins, Aiden Glonek, Jared Glonek and Caleb Glonek; his great grandchild Jackson Smale; his siblings, Helen Jacobs, Caroline Werden (Carl), Sandra Hall, Lori Freeman and Ed Brewer (Cindy); and his godson Thomas Salona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
