She was predeceased by: her son Zachary R. Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Keith Ducket and Debra Ducket (McPherson); her husband Terry, Jr.; her sons, Noah and Ben; her parent-in-law Terry Smith, Sr. (Mona); and her sister-in-law Tammy Wood (Jason).
