He was predeceased by: his mother Eloise Smith (Strickland); and his brothers, Carlton and Miles Smith. He is survived by: his wife Michelle A. Potridge; his sons, Aaron Smith and Evan Smith; his father Albert Smith, Jr.; and his sisters, Vicky Crawford (Mike), Renea Whetstone (Larry) and Cynthia Brown (Roy). He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be directed to the church.
