With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Grant Reed of Walbridge, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry G. Reed and Melba E. Reed (Greenwood); and the mother of his children Eleni Gillis. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Christine Reed Clodfelter of Oak Ridge, NC and Natasha DeVoe (Dan) of Manchester, England.; his grandchildren, Elias Devoe (Anna), Teagan DeVoe (Natalie Zavoral), Thalia DeVoe, Caroline Clodfelter, Helen Clodfelter and Clark Clodfelter; and his siblings, Grant Reed (Connie), Mary Williams and Melba Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: A Humane Society of the donor's choice, St. John's Lutheran Church, or any charity of the donor's choice.
