She was predeceased by: her parents, Dilgart Shull and Mabel Shull (Hawkins); her spouse Thomas E. Hughes; her son David T. Hughes; and her brothers, Wade and John Shull.
She is survived by: her children, John Hughes (Karen), Carole Brennan (Scott) and Jeffrey Hughes (Mary); her grandchildren, Robert Hughes, Kevin Hughes, Kristin Romaker (Edward Powell), Justin Romaker (Kelly), Jordan Brennan, Whitney, Chelsea, Logan Hughes, Lacey and Kayla Houk; and her son-in-law David McCauley. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
