He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mason and Dorothy Mason (McCurdy); and his grandson Lukas Mason. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ann Mason, Gabriel Mason, Matthew Mason (Amanda), Benjamin Mason (Jodie), Joseph Tokar, Brian Tokar (Jessica) and Keith Mason; and his siblings, Bonnie Mason and Timothy Mason.

Memorial contributions may be made to Toledo Area Humane Society in Dave's memory.
