It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Phillips (Walbridge, Ohio), born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyce Phillips and Betty Phillips (Marsh); and his sisters, Sharon McDaniels and Jonnie Haunlorst. He is survived by: his wife Judith Phillips (Genson); his children, Tom Phillips (Kristy), Nicolas Avalos (Melissa), Jennifer Pratt (John), Jodi Fryman-Reed (Brian) and Jill Duwve (Jacob); his friends, Betty Ross and Josh Sobczak; and his sister Kathy Boice (Nelson). He is also survived by fifteen grand-children; four great-grand children.
