She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Holmes (Karen Santoyo), Caty Holmes, Kylie Holmes, Jacob Heath (Alexa), Zachary Heath (Amber) and Madison Heath; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Heath and Lyla Heath; and her siblings, Don Ratliff (Mary Melnek), Julie Earls (Richard) and Glenda Gornall. She is also survived by many friends and family.
