Worth Church Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Worth Church of Wakeman, Ohio, born in Lowmansville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ivonne Church (Reed); his parents, Worth Church and Nora Church (Charles); his daughter-in-law Lin Church; and his siblings, Homer Church, Okel "Sonny" Church, Opal Cordle, Irene Cordle, Lou Verne McKnight and Fred Church.

He is survived by: his children, Reed Church of Vermilion, Gail Leto (Charlie Jones) of Castalia and Brad Church of Wakeman; his stepson Richard Shaffer (Paula); and his grandchildren, Angelina Hade (Justin), Lance Leto, Alex Farschman, Andrew Farschman (Cheri Hardt), Aaron Farschman and Katie Shaffer. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
