It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Tolliver (Wakeman, Ohio), born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Ray Tolliver. He is survived by: his sons, Noah Kolanda, Miles Walls and Montgomery Walls of Norwalk; and his parents, Robert Tolliver and Evelyn Tolliver (Hall). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
